Mr. Vagal has an ASNT Level III in UT, PT, MT & ET, ACCP Professional Level III in UT, PT & MT (General Industry & Pressure Equipment Sector) as well as a RWTUV Level 3 in UT, MT & PT (Industrial Sector - Weldings) (As per EN 473 / ISO 9712). He has performed Eddy Current Testing and other NDT Services all over the world including at Yemen (Cement plant – UT & MT of kiln), Jordon (Cement plant – UT & MT of kiln), Bahrain (Power Station - Eddy Current Testing of Heat Exchanger tubes), Mongolia (Training on Ultrasonic Testing & Eddy Current Testing – Sector Aviation / Aerospace for Mongolia Civil Aviation Authority, Government Implementing Agency) and Malaysia (Training on Eddy Current Testing of Heat Exchanger tubes – ferrous & nonferrous for NDT Instruments SDN BHD).
Mr. Vagal works on the ect MAD 8D Eddy Current System. He has undertaken Eddy Current inspections on heat exchanger from the largest power plant condenser to the smallest feed water heater.
